Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS

In-Store Pickup

  • Availability: Curbside pickup is available for customers located in Valencia, Spain.
  • Confirmation: Pickup is available only after confirming the date and time.
  • Instructions: Please email info@plantylight.com to arrange the pickup.

Free Shipping

  • Eligibility: We offer free standard shipping for customers located in Spain for orders over 40 EUR.
  • Delivery Time: Typically, deliveries take 2 to 5 business days.

Reduced fee Shipping

  • Eligibility: We offer 5 EUR standard shipping for customers located in EU and UK and 12 EUR for customers located in Norway, Switzerland, Liechtenstein for orders over 100 EUR.

Standard Shipping

  • Fees: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of the items.
  • Delivery Time: Typically, deliveries take 2 to 20 business days, depending on the destination.

International Shipping

  • Availability: We ship to select international locations. Please check the available countries at checkout. 
  • Fees: International shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of the items.
  • Customs and Duties: Customers are responsible for any customs or duties that may apply.

SHIPPING PROCESSING TIMES

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. All items are made to order and will be shipped as soon as they are ready.
  • Shipment Confirmation: You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

  • Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
  • Carrier: We use FedEx and Correos for our shipments.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

  • P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
  • Restricted Items: Some items cannot be shipped to certain destinations due to local regulations. This will be indicated on the product page.
  • Heavy Items: If you want to order items that are heavier than the limits, contact us at info@plantylight.com and we'll update the rates.

LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS

  • Responsibility: We pack the items as carefully as possible, but things happen, and we understand how important it is to you. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim.
  • Support: Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Take video and photo proof of the damage and include it in your claim.
